$250 per closed transaction
An incentive that repeats every year.
In addition to your normal TC fee, Kokopelli Dreams pays you $250 per closed transaction when a broker you bring or refer joins us and you remain their transaction coordinator. Payments continue until that broker reaches their annual brokerage cap, each year.

As a qualifying broker and transaction coordinator herself, Noelle Higgins understands the care, organization, and follow-through TCs bring to every closing. This incentive reflects Kokopelli Dreams’ commitment to recognizing that work and respecting the relationships you have built.
Keep Your Independence
As a qualifying broker TC, you do not have to join the brokerage. Keep running your own TC business and serving your brokers—including those who choose to join Kokopelli Dreams.
Remain Their TC
When a broker you bring or refer joins us, you remain their transaction coordinator and keep your normal TC fees. The incentive is paid in addition to those fees.
Your Broker Relationships Stay Yours
We will never solicit the brokers you bring for TC services. If you and a broker part ways, we will refer them to another TC—not to us.
Who Can Participate?
Qualifying broker TCs: Participate without joining Kokopelli Dreams. Keep your own brokerage and TC business.
Associate broker TCs: Participate when your license is held with Kokopelli Dreams, earning the same incentive when your existing broker clients or future referrals join us.
